In Person
Sometimes, there's nothing like being in the same room to feel fully heard and supported. In-person counselling offers you a private, calm space where you can speak freely and explore what's on your mind. This approach provides the opportunity to truly "take time out" and reflect in a safe, supportive environment.

Online
Online counselling gives you the flexibility to access support from the comfort of your home or anywhere with a stable internet connection. Whether through video or phone calls, it’s a convenient and accessible way to work together, with the same quality of care and attention as face-to-face sessions.

Telephone
If you prefer a more informal or convenient way of connecting, telephone counselling might be the best fit for you. It offers the same flexibility as online sessions but through voice-only communication. It’s a great option for those who may not have access to video or prefer to speak without the visual element.
Services I Provide
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to give at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full session fee.
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way — if there’s been an emergency or something unexpected, just get in touch when you’re able to. I’ll always try to be understanding.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by bank transfer, ideally before the session takes place. Details will be shared when we arrange your first appointment.
£30
First Session
This 50-minute session gives us space to explore what’s bringing you to counselling and how we might work together. It’s important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor, so this reduced fee reflects that — you shouldn’t have to pay the full rate until you're confident we're a good fit.
£60
Ongoing Sessions
Ongoing 50-minute sessions tailored to your individual needs, offering a consistent and supportive space for deeper therapeutic work.
Free 20-min Phone Call
Initial Consultation
Before you decide anything, I offer a free 20-minute phone call so we can talk a little about what’s going on for you, what you're looking for, and whether I might be the right counsellor for you.
